I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable beds, which felt like clouds! The hotel is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. However, checking in was slightly inconvenient due to a system issue. Overall, a decent stay for those traveling with pets.

During my stay in the Queen Studio, I enjoyed the spacious layout and the convenience of having a full kitchen, which made meal prep easy. However, I faced issues with the staff's lack of responsiveness regarding my concerns about the room and some unexpected fees. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, leaving much to be desired.

An extra $100 deposit upon arrival is irritating!!! Rooms should come equipped with cooking items instead of forcing guests to retrieve them from the front desk!!! A pool would greatly improve the experience!!!

During my stay, I loved that I could easily stroll to Ashley Park for some shopping and dining, and the nearby parks provided beautiful views for a relaxing break after exploring downtown newnan. plus, the cozy king studio made it a comfortable retreat after a day of adventuring but the entrance was a bit tricky to find, which made getting to the hotel a bit frustrating.

However, the entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky to find, and we ended up with only one key for two adults—what's up with that? The hidden deposit took a hot minute to get back too.

After a long day, returning to an empty front desk was disheartening. I needed my room but waited in vain. It’s crucial for future travelers to verify staff availability during arrival times. Despite this, the location is ideal for exploring Newnan's dining scene.

Additionally, the parking entrance proves to be tricky to locate, which is frustrating upon arrival and may cause unnecessary delays.

Not what I expected

I was super bummed during my stay. The Superior Studio looked clean online, but in reality, it was far from it. I barely stayed 2 hrs and never even unpacked my bags. The picnic area was cool for a quick snack, but with bad room cleanliness, I just couldn’t chill.
